American Academy of Pediatrics Recommends Eye Assessments

for Newborns and at all Subsequent Routine Health Visits

"Children should have an assessment for eye problems in the newborn period and then at all subsequent routine health visits," according to a recent American Academy of Pediatrics Policy Statement.
