1.  Product Selection - Quality, Availabiliity, Reliability:  Medical Technologies constantly evaluates the product offerings of the markets we serve to identify the best available instrumentation.  We carefully select vendors based on product quality, serviceability, integrity and longevity, and represent only the leading units from each product category.

2.  Technical Support:  Medical Technologies Account Managers and Service Technicians work with you and your internal customers (physicians, clinicians, information services professionals and others) to provide detailed in-services, training and trouble-shooting on the products we sell.

3.  Capacity:  Medical Technologies is proud of our 35-year history serving professionals in hearing, balance, occupational/industrial health and related disciplines.  To meet the needs of customers in the five north-central states we serve, we employ six National Association of Special Equipment (NASED)-certified Technicians, four Account Managers and a team of support personnel to assure our ability to deliver the goods and services you purchase - on time, in the correct quantities and with the highest possible level of quality.

4.  Contracting:  Medical Technologies honors Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing, where applicable.  In addition, our Extended Care Service Plan allows you to consolidate your supply base, budget service and calibration charges two years in advance and access loaner equipment to keep your providers productive during unforeseen/unavoidable equipment failures.

5.  Financing:  Medical Technologies is proud to offer lease-financing arrangements, tailored to your specific need.
