JedMed StroboCAM II

Medical Technologies is proud to represent the JEDMED StroboCam II for video-laryngoscopy.

The StroboCam II is a video camera and light source platform, which electronically shutters the camera in sequence with the frequency of the human voice to facilitate stroboscopic examination of the vocal cords.  This cost-effective design eliminates the need for more expensive flashing light consoles, while requiring far less space in the exam room.

The StroboCam II includes strobes with flexible and rigid scopes, which:

  • Record to non-degrading digital DVD
  • Document frequency, amplitude, and quality of voice
  • Allow slow motion and frame-by-frame forward and reverse playback.

The StroboCam II:

  • allows simple automated operation of camera
  • provides foot pedal-controlled in-phase and out-of-phase stroboscopy
  • can be used as a simple base video platform to perform FEES, FEEST, and TNE.

The Mobile stand can be easily rolled from room to room.

The basic system comes with everything needed to begin performing strobovideolaryngoscopy in accordance with CPT Code 31579, as noted below:
